Overall it’s a comfortable hotel. However the toilet paper holder was dirty with what looked like faecal matter and wasn’t cleaned during the 5 day stay. It’s a busy hotel therefore the service is not very attentive like most hotels in Colombo.

Beautiful sea view room, great location, made Tuk Tuk and PickMe easy. Can see the train right by the sea it was awesome. Staff was super friendly and willing to make adjustments for my needs. Breakfast was standard. Will stay here again in the future!! The roof top infinity pool has the best view!!

The room is not big and the surrounding environment is quite noisy. I just arrived for 2 days and the hotel Wi-Fi signal is not good. I can't connect to the computer, which is very frustrating. The hotel lights are very dim. The hotel food is also average. However, the surrounding environment of the hotel is still good, and the room faces the sea. There is a swimming pool on the roof with a nice view.

The management of the hotel invested by the Japanese in Lanka is very chaotic. The poor sanitary conditions are really shocking. The Japanese must have been drugged by the management of Lanka... The reviews all said that the service to Chinese people was poor, but the front desk we met that time was very good ~ it depends on luck 😂 The service was also very good including the luggage storage later, although it was a bit irregular.
