It's such an awesome hotel in a perfect location. We had the best time, and the food was amazing. Highly recommend the Spicy Mango cocktail, which their resident bartender invented. It's spicy yet absolutely delicious! Views are also awesome from the rooftop.

It's about 20 to 30 minutes from the airport. Because the flight arrived late that day, I wanted to stay in downtown Colombo for a day. I didn't expect the hotel to be so comfortable. The lobby and breakfast room face the sea, and there are trains passing by. The sea water quality is not very good, but it's still fun to look at it. The room facilities are also good. There is an infinity pool on the top floor, facing the sea, and it's beautiful for taking pictures

The only positive thing about this hotel is the view! Unfortunately the rest of the services are very poor to the point we didn’t even feel welcome as they were repetitive to make the same mistakes. The reception staff communication was dreadful and very reluctant to make change or even allow us to talk to the manager. Housekeeping was hit and miss some days it was ok others they had only made the bed and washed the sink allowing dirt in the floor and poor aroma from the toilet. This led to complaints to reception requesting the same thing over and over again which would take at least 40 minutes to arrive. We asked for a technician to fix the tv they said he is coming but never arrived till we went down to reception ourselves to complain in person the next day then action was taken.
The coffee was terrible do not recommend in the coffee shop.
