We have been very good and calm. The apar**ents are spacious, the bathroom has been renovated and the pool area with hammocks is very pleasant. What's wrong... the kitchen furniture, the refrigerator (old and small), and the additional sofa bed mattresses (very hard). But the tranquility and location, perfect.

Phenomenal site. The best mattresses and pillows we have ever stayed in. How good the air conditioning was for us in the middle of the heat wave. Good service and super close to a beautiful beach next to Es Trenc. 100% recommendable. If I return to Colonia St.jordi, don't even think about it: Directly to Ap.Andreas. From 10!

Visited in mid-October 2022. Beautiful apartments (20 on 4 floors), just 200m from the beginning of the famous Es Trenc beach. All rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors are advertised as sea view rooms. However, I would only really describe the rooms facing the pool (x3/x4/x5 numbers) as such. Upon request, we were able to switch from the street side to the pool side upon arrival; we were probably lucky that not all rooms were booked. There is an elevator that makes the apartments accessible for people with walking difficulties. The pool area is well maintained and there are 14 loungers available. For an additional charge, there is a car park with a manually operated barrier right next to the block. There are bicycle parking spaces available. On the ground floor is the Cafe y Sal restaurant with a selection of simple dishes, cakes and ice cream. Other restaurants can be found about 400 - 600m away in the village center or about 1.1km away at the harbor. There are also 3 supermarkets in the distance mentioned. It might make sense to rent a bike from teamdoublej.com (€55 for 7 days) if you want to get fresh croissants and baguettes from the Eroski (=Kaufland) supermarket every morning. The kitchen in the apartment is very sp****ly equipped and not really suitable for cooking. There are 3-4 sets of dishes and cutlery, a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave (without grill function), a kettle, a filter coffee machine, two hotplates and a few pans. There is vinegar/oil/salt/pepper on the table. You have to get your own kitchen paper. Terry cloth towels and a drying towel are changed every 2 days. The pull-out bed under the couch in the living room is comfortable for an emergency bed, but you should bring a sleeping mask as the curtain does not completely darken the room. You should assume that the rooms are a bit noisy. If that bothers you a lot, you are probably best off on the 4th floor, but the balconies there are not covered (in case it rains). Bring earplugs if you are sensitive. Next to reception you can borrow beach umbrellas and mats (if available) that other guests have left there. Tip: check that the umbrella is still OK before you take it to the beach ;-). The staff is very friendly. During our stay, despite the nice weather, it was very humid and there were a lot of mosquitoes. Conclusion: nice complex with pool, in a good location, clean, ideal if you don't plan on cooking a lot yourself, friendly staff. We would book it again.

POSITIVE: * quiet and clean, small and cozy complex * friendly, personable staff * full kitchen in the apartment * renovated rooms * beds were comfortable - not a box spring, but still great! * balcony with sea view (MB must be booked separately) * nice pool, mostly used alone * loungers by the pool and umbrellas * baby beds and high chairs available * parking available at the hotel - but not free (6 EUR per day) * restaurant directly below (CAFÈ & SAL) - highly recommended * great location to Es Trenc and the town with nice restaurants & bars NEGATIVE: * air conditioning in our room brought little to no cooling (like a fan) * very, very many mosquitoes (due to the salt mines behind it) * room was only cleaned twice in 14 days, but towels were changed regularly * price for parking at the hotel quite high (6 EUR) * no fly screens on the windows or in front of the doors - unfortunately you couldn't sleep with the window open at night because the mosquitoes were there straight away Conclusion: We relaxed here and had a nice stay with friendly staff around us. We can only recommend the ANDREAS if you can live with the small negative defects :-) TIP for App.Andreas: Make sure to put mosquito/fly screens on the windows/doors!!!

We spent 10 days in this residence, the apar**ent was very clean, renovated and very functional. The bedding is very comfortable and the apar**ent is well air-conditioned. The swimming pool is also very pleasant, the environment is calm. It is a peaceful location 5 minutes walk from the beach and a good 20 minute walk to the stunning Es Trenc beach. There is a small supermarket right next door, very practical, and a good restaurant at the bottom of the residence. The man at the reception was very nice. We will come back with great pleasure.

Welcoming residence, small but clean apar**ent, equipped with everything, sheets, cleaning and change of towels. The swimming pool is clean and regenerating upon returning from the sea, perfect for children, but also for parents who can enjoy an aperitif in complete tranquility. The residence's restaurant/bar is a real point of reference, excellent for both breakfasts and dinners, both tapas and typical dishes. Owners and staff always friendly and helpful. The residence is located in a strategic position, a 2-minute walk from both the center and the wonderful S'estany beach. In short, perfect holiday!!!!

We work in the hospitality industry and we were looking for 2 days of disconnection and we were completely right. A family complex, very well cared for and with the much-needed care for the customer. The rooms are simple, fine and very bright. I was surprised by the tranquility of the area and how easy it was to park (in the month of April, of course😅). Located almost next to the Marqués beach (crystal clear water and fine sand) We had dinner at their restaurant, a 10 for dinner!! All the dishes were exquisite (I recommend the curry with fruits, their various croquettes and their cheese or apple pie, a delight!!) Another 10 for breakfast. A very varied and complete menu, where nothing is missing and excellent coffee!! And the sometimes most delicate point, the service... Sometimes a good meal can be ruined by disastrous service and here everything went hand in hand... Close, friendly and kind attention, both in the restaurant service and in the cafeteria in the morning, like at reception...another 10 for the whole team!! I'm already looking for dates to return, we will definitely repeat!!! Thank you for making our stay so special!!
