Hotel bem localizado, porém necessita manutenções. O quarto estava com odor bem desagradável de mofo. O atendimento foi ótimo. Não retornaria pelas más condições do quarto.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room Was missing coffee and a bath mat for the shower. Overall it was a great stay. The pool outside was beautiful and clean, unfortunately the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The water was swamp green and hadn't been cleaned properly .

No es un 5 estrellas . La pileta cubierta me dijeron q estaba habilitada y no funcionaba bien. Equipamiento viejo . Por suerte la habitación q sacamos tenía una vista increíble q compensó un poco todo lo demás. Desayuno de calidad standard.bien ubicado

Excelente localização, na praia calma ao lado do rio. Piscina com visual muito bom e agradável. Café da manhã muito bem servido e com diversas opções. Quarto amplo, moderno e confortável. O único problema foi o led do ar-condicionado que não desligava e ninguém no hotel conseguiu apagar. Tive que colocar uma camisa pendurava pois era muito forte e claro.

Ao escolher um hotel de rede, de sucesso, espera-se um padrão médio de serviço. Não foi o caso do Radisson de Colônia del Sacramento.
A começar pelo check-in, dificuldades com a recepção que insistia em dizer que a estadia deveria ser paga, sendo que o pagamento já tinha sido realizado quando da reserva. Com dificuldade na comunicação, solicitou envio do recibo, verificou e verificou no sistema, entrou numa salinha pra conversar com alguém, até voltar e dizer que estava tudo certo. Nem um pedido de desculpas pelo constrangimento, já que havia fila de pessoas aguardando atendimento e acompanhando a discussão.
Depois, área da piscina sem qualquer tipo de acompanhamento ou controle. Poucas cadeiras. Poucos guarda-sóis. A grande maioria estava “reservado” com toalhas, mas os donos não apareciam. Com muito custo, entre carregar o que se achava de cadeira vazia e encontrar um espaço, foi possível aproveitar a área.
Subindo para acomodação, o quarto carece de reforma. Piso e rodapé machucados, armários velhos. Pouquíssima iluminação, com abajur que não acende.
Por fim, o café da manhã parecendo uma cena de guerra. Faltando serviço de limpeza e reposição. Ingredientes com aspecto pouquíssimo apresentável.
A cidade é muito linda. Mas, para uma visita futura, certamente a opção de hospedagem será em outro local.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel in April. We received warm and welcoming greeting from reception when we arrived. We arrived early and asked if we could check in and they checked and managed to find us a room that was ready. I need to mention that Lucia and Juan were friendly and gave excellent service. The room was clean and bed very comfortable! Great view of the river and swimming pool! Breakfast had a good selection! Hotel is a short walk to the historical square and close to shops and restaurants Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Tirando o fato da piscina aquecida estar com uma quantidade enorme de bichos boiando, a estadia foi excelente!
