La habitacion reservada que debia tener dos camas no estaba. Nos cambiaron a otra donde habia que subir un piso por escalera y me generó un perjuicio por estar con fecha de operacion de protesis de rodilla. La nueva habitacion era pequeña pero funcional, exceptuando el baño que tenía un inodoro que se tapaba (todo el tiempo) y una ducha donde salía un hilo de agua. La gente de recepcion muy amabkes pero los problemas eran estructurales, no debían ponerlas para ser habitadas. Experiencia horrible!

Fuimos un fin de semana con mi esposa y la verdad la pasamos muy bien. La atencion del personal es excelente. Siempre sonriendo, al servicio del cliente. Aunque el edificio es antiguo, esta mantenido como en su mejor momento. El desayuno es completo y rico.

EXELENTE LUGAR. Muy buena ubicación para descansar. Las HABITACIONES muy limpias, amplias y cómodas. LAS PISCINAS y DUCHAS prolijas para poder aprovechar y descansar. EL DESAYUNO exquisito y me gustó mucho el detalle de la mIni torta sorpresa por mi cumpleaños. TODO EL PERSONAL SIEMPRE ATENTO A QUE UNO PUEDA DISFRUTAR DE UNA MUY BUENA ESTADIA.

Espectacular la piscina exterior, con barra de bar, música, los atardeceres allí, experiencia inolvidable para los chicos!!!! La atención es insuperable, el desayuno cada vez mejor…. Las habitaciones quizás les falte un poco de actualización, pero el resto te hace olvidar eso. Un lugar increíble.

Hotel muy completo, equipado con piscina exterior e interior, canchas de tenis y pádel, barra de tragos cerca de la piscina donde también se puede pedir de comer y el desayuno incluído es de lo mejor. El ginmasio está bien, aunque podría incorporar una barra y mancuernas. Para consumir en el restaurante es algo caro y no nos agradó la idea de que estando págando el hotel, cobren cubiertos. Por último, la atención de los funcionarios fue excelente.

Excelente servicio, atención, amabilidad. Todo el personal genial. Pero quiero destacar las chicas que atienden en el desayuno son unas ídolas. Super amorosas. Y las auxiliares de servicio siempre atentas a cualquier consulta. Fue mi cumple y me sorprendieron con una tortita cantándome. Los servicios espectaculares. Las piscinas super limpias. Solo una observación seria marcar donde comienza mayor profundidad en la piscina exterior y que quedé habilitada hasta más tarde la interior. Ya que los que vamos a pasar tranquilo nos gusta quedarnos hasta tarde. Pero super recomendable y volveremos seguro.

Hotel muy bien ubicado (cerca de la terminal de Buquebús) que por precio/calidad rinde de gran forma. Muy buena pileta exterior y una interior que cumple sin problemas. El desayuno es abundante y rendidor y me tocó una habitación con vista al río que me sorprendió. Quizás, el único punto a mejorar, sería modernizar ciertas áreas del hotel pero super recomendable.

Excelentes habitaciones y dependencias. Atención de todo el personal eficiente y amable. Muy buenas recomendaciones de turismo. El desayuno variado, fresco y muy rico. En la recepción fueron además muy amables al permitir que dejáramos el equipaje para poder pasear y aprovechar los últimos minutos. Ambas piscinas, de lujo.
