Pouco conforto para um quarto grande. Achei as camas duras, somente um espelho pequeno no banheiro. Fomos em 3 pessoas e somente tinha pratos/copos para 2 pessoas. Não fizeram questão de nos atender bem.

Muy lindo hotel ubicado sobre la costa del río de la plata.Muy buen servicio;cuenta con 2 opciones una de hotel y otra de apart que incluye todos los servicios del hotel.El restaurant del mismo impresinona muy bien y tiene muy buenas promociones con tarjetas BBVA Uruguay(hecho que los recepcionistas del hotel no sabían??informen a su personal por favor;esto suele suceder en Uruguay).La piscina con vista muy lindas y cuentan con una climatizada pequeña pero muy linda.Las vistas de los apart excelentes ;parece que vas en un crucero.Lleven repelente;muchos mosquitos.

Muy buena atención, especialmente en la recepción y el el restaurante. El desayuno muy bueno, el personal muy amable y servicial. A la piscina exterior le falta ser climatizada y debe haber servicio de masajes en el Spa

Excelente lugar para pasar una estadía de lujo. La ubicación, la atencion, desayuno,piscina,jacuzzi, gimnasio todo excelente. Fuimos en pareja y el lugar es súper tranqui lo, podés ver el atardecer desde el balcón.!

Muy buena la atención, estoy embarazada y siempre el personal estuvo atento y receptivo a mis consultas y solicitudes. La habitación es amplia y cómoda, nos dieron un upgrade a la suite con vista a la ciudad, pero se veía también el río desde el balcón.

Good location, but extremely noisy at night. Average service. Bad parking. Needs painting. Gym is too small as is the in door swimming pool, that has the size of a jacuzzi. Restaurant service is very poor. Far from any other restaurant or entertainment.

O hotel oferece tudo de lazer. Porém o café da manhã é bem fraco, tem poucas opções. Não aconselho ficar nos quartos em baixo. Tem um cheiro horrível que sai do ralo. Não tem o que tira o cheiro. Mas o gerente foi gentil nos trocou de quarto sem cobrar adicional. Acho que esses quartos precisam urgente de reforma. Jamais alugar esses quartos. A roupas de cama tinha mau cheiro. O travesseiro mau cheiro. Parece que usam roupa de cama sem lavar. Tinha cheiro de cigarro no quarto em baixo. Enfim as roupas de cama, travesseiro o quarto tudo tem mau cheiro. Não tem ninguém pra pegar as malas e levar no quarto. .
