The staff just opened my door because I cracked a window. No phone call or nothing to ask to shut it.

Worst sleep I have ever had. Poor mattress, pillow and bedding quality. Noisy, you can hear other people's TVs through the door from the bed. Everything was of the cheapest quality, including the towels. Showers ran hot and cold alternately, and ran out of hot water fast. Staff could not get our reservation straight. No housekeeping. The rooms were clean though. And the property seemed well-kept. Probably the minimum amount of money you can spend if all you are looking for is a place to sleep (and don't need or expect any comforts).

non-smoking property smelled of cigarette smoke. rooms were dirty and run down. staff seemed skeptical that our room smelled and tried to convince us that it was a really nice room. the entire place felt very run down and not well maintained.

Don’t stay here! When I went to take a shower and was rinsing my hair, I noticed two huge spots of black mold on the ceiling. I went and complained. The second room they showed me had the beginnings of mold and the third room smelled. I decided to go to another hotel, and they refused to give me my money back.

- The room has multiple stains and discolorations on that white sheets combined with a smell on the sheets and pillows that indicated they were not washed. - The towel rack back fell off the wall immediately. - The room itself had an off door and smell of smoke that had been attempted to be cleaned up with deodorizers. - The TV unit also did not work. This was all notice immediately when checking in and I returned to the desk to request a refund. A second room was showed which was also dirty, had stains and hair on the sheets and overall was not acceptable. When we got back to the desk they said they couldn't issue an immediate refund and I would have to request one through *******. I asked if I could reenter the room I paid for in order to take pictures for the refund request and the front desk called their manager and ultimately said no, but they could reverse the check-in in their system to make it seem like I never checked. When I said that isn't helpful and politely insisted I be able to take pictures of the room, the manager on the phone instructed the front desk to order me to leave and to call the cops if I did not.
