Nice quiet and clean facility. Staff are on point and very courteous and efficient. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Very close to airport. Lots of parking. Very close to shopping, entertainment, dining and the state capital complex.

There was an issue checking in my mother, whom we had purchased a room for close to our home. The person at the front desk left my mother standing there while I had to drive to the hotel to deal with the issue. He told me to call *******, and ******* told me to deal with the hotel. I was told ******* never added my mother's name to the reservation, so they would not check her in. Also, they would not cancel the reservation so my mother could check herself in. Overall, the stay was fine, but it started out frustrating when we were trying to make everything easier by getting a space for my mother to comfortably stay the night. (My mother is in her 70s)

I stay at this property often, for its value and convenience. On this particular stay, my experience with both Anna Zaccardo in the food service support and hospitality, plus Zynab at the front desk, was exceptional. Both ladies are gems and I hope the owners do whatever is necessary to keep them there!

Staff is always friendly and willing to be helpful. Zynab at the front check-in was very warm and welcoming. Anne was very kind and accommodating during morning breakfast. They both made my stay worth comming back again. The cleaning staff is friendly and the rooms are always comfortable.

The staff at the Hampton inn are so welcoming. I felt like family from check in until check out. Zynab , the women from the front desk went above and beyond to make my stay a pleasure. Also, Ann the "breakfast lady" was like a mom,So sweet , and made sure we enjoyed our breakfast and told never stopped working...these 2 ladies along with the rest of the staff deserve a huge THANK YOU for what you do. It definately is noticed !
