The location is good. First they gave me second floor room but toilet was still keep running after I flush it. So, they apologized and gave me another first floor room. It was nice.

The man checking me in was great. However when I got to the room it had a very strong chemical smell from cleaning supplies and it appears to be transit housing with a lot of people loitering around the property. As a single traveler I ultimately didn’t feel safe and left for another hotel in the area.

I booked and paid via *******. Nevada flats charged to my visa an amount they said ******* shorted them and they refuse to give anything back to me. So i paid a lot more than the price ******* charged me. ******* was no help either. Stay here if you want double charged.

Solid standard motel in a great location very close to downtown, shops, bars. Rooms are basic but clean and quiet and the staff is very helpful. Only downside was the wi-fi wasnt the best. Would definitely stay again.

It appeared as if the hotel was housing transient people on some type of drug or alcohol program. The upfront service. was slow, the front door always locked requiring a ring door bell which was not promptly answered. The wi-fi and TV didn't work and nothing was done to correct.

Was told we could check in at 3:30pm, but the door was locked and no one came to help us for 30 min despite ringing the bell. The area didn’t feel safe. We asked for a refund and went elsewhere for the night.
