Family trip to Colorado Springs. Great service, clean and comfy hotel room facing the mountains. Excellent central location! Will be staying here again.

Piles of trash in parking lot like toilets and door moldings. Person checking me in couldn't find reservation and told me I must be in wrong place

Other than all the construction going on, it seemed like a beautiful hotel, the construction going on the renovations going on, and the lack of staff being able to do cleanups was making it difficult for the place to stay clean in the entryway making for dust ball so then in entryway & the hallway for dust getting in hair!

Overall it was a nice room. The first room we were assigned, the A/C didn’t work. We were moved to another room and it was good. Only real complaints were the breakfast was basically non existent and for a pet friendly hotel there was no area to take the dogs to. The grounds were covered in large river rock, no grass or dirt.

Do not stay here!! I checked in for about 30 minutes and left immediately. Traveling solo female I felt very uncomfortable with the lurking people in the halls and knocking on room doors. Outside doors with key entry were propped open to allow access to the pool. My room window was cracked open with no screen on arrival. Could not get the heat to work. Pictures advertised are not accurate. The holiday inn across the street was wonderful!!

Given wrong room, horrible breakfast, pool unavailable as it was being rented out to swim classes.

The property had been sold and we had no reservation and no warning.
