Love the water park and staff was friendly. The breakfast is not included and even when you purchase it’s made to order and unfortunately we waited 45 minutes and at that point refunded our breakfast voucher to make more time for the kiddos to play. Extremely pricey comparable to stadium or show prices for food and drinks. Water park was fun though. Also parking is near impossible on busy days.

This place is really not great at all. Great expense lodge. Everything is way more expensive than it should be. Lunch at cafeteria for family of 4 with 2 small kids is about $75 and takes about 45 minutes to get. They literally track how many ounces of soda you get at the soda machine after paying that. No places to sit. Rude bartender who couldnt be bothered to answer a question about the seating area. Understaffed. Multiple slides being run by the same attendant causing long lines. Attendants just walk away without saying anything or having anyone to take their place, leaving people waiting to ride the very few slides they have. Eyes are currently burning from chlorine. The whole place has an odor.

I reluctantly stayed here due to other hotels in the area being sold out due to conferences. The noise level in this hotel due to kids story time is many decibels above what is safe. It is akin to being at a rock concert. With the design of the hotel, the sound amplifies throughout all of the restaurants. Many of the children I encountered were seriously sick (coughing, and symptoms of illness). Why bring your kids out when they are sick?

We had a wonderful Christmas with the kids here, our room was perfect, the amenities and perks that are included made our stay that much better.

The hotel was clean and many activities to do with family. The only downside was so many people even after thanksgiving crowd is gone but it’s still manageable but checking in is the main part that takes a while.

No Parking Available No Valet or anyone to help with bags Constant waits for elevator, all day long No Chairs at Waterpark which was completely over crowded No Management Dirty Terrible Food after you wait 30!minutes, it is honestly terrible food, think ball park prices and quality Paid $800 for 1 night plus paw pass $180
