Great room. Comfortable beds. Pillows could’ve been better but they were ok. Breakfast standard chain hotel fare but sets you up for the day! Good choice of tv channels too which is good as most hotels you can only use streaming services. Many of which are unavailable to us in the UK!

This was a great place to stay. I wanted a king bed for 2 adults, 2 dogs so we didnt get the cheapest room. We had a kitchen and bedroom for $129 plus tax and $25 for dogs. I called first to book direct but the rate was more than online. The gal was not upset or rude that then booked online. When I got there she commented on the good rate I got and that she wished they would pricematch. Check in was easy, facility was in great shape. The included breakfast was so nice that twice I looked for signs to see how much extra it was, but it was included! Nice pet are and the pool looked very nice but we were there in winter.

We weren't sure what to expect, but discovered an incredibly home-y, comfortable room and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
The breakfast was delicious and the bed was wonderful.
We absolutely plan to be back!

Worthless property, the “management “ team is a joke, you cal tell how miserable the employees working there are. Breakfast is hit or miss, half the time the food is cold, hotel lacks parking, doesn’t plow / remove snow in the winter, and did not feel the hotel employees cared about guest safety

I broke my foot and was unable to travel. I cancelled a week in advance, but Staybridge would not allow ******* to refund my payment, even though they told me they would. Thus, my entire experience was awful.

What a great place. We were there for the wedding of my granddaughter. I've never seen bigger rooms in any place I have stayed. I loved the Breakfast, the community areas, the staff were great.. I wish we could have stayed longer. Full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave, a real coffee pot. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that stays in the area. I will look for any more Staybridge hotels wherever I go.

The staff here was awesome! From check in to checkout, simply great. The breakfast was a good breakfast with great options for both hot and cold food. Gotta say, the GM here was very accommodating with the couple of requests for help.
As far as the room, we had a 1 bedroom suite and it was great. Nice comfy space and for the most part, pretty quiet. Unfortunately, there were a few cosmetic issues in the room but nothing to get worked up about.
The property itself was ok, several repair items that were visible. The roughest part was finding the property at night. The place id behind another motel, Holiday Inn Express i believe, and the sign for Staybridge was not on and the front of the property was dark/ poorly illuminated. Outside of that, not too bad.
I would definitely stay here again and i do recommend.

We really liked the location! Quiet with a great view! Unfortunately, the first room we checked into was not cleaned (dried urine on the floor and a toenail!!). We called front desk and they promptly moved us to another room. It was not as nice of a room as the first one we booked but it was much cleaner. The only complaint in this room were really dirty air vents (especially the one in the bathroom) and someone had thrown up in the stairwell and it still smelled strong. We would stay again but would have to check the rooms first to make sure they were clean!
