All the staff were really friendly. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed. The room was different than what I booked, but it still had a mountain view.
The breakfast was standard and the pork sausages were the best part of it.
The only negative I have about the hotel is that the surrounding area didn’t feel too safe. Inside the hotel was perfectly fine, but once you go outside there are many homeless people around the property. One even approached us as we were outside.

This is a very well maintained hotel perfectly located to downtown Colorado Springs. It is central to all of the tourist areas like Manitou Springs Colorado from where you can visit so many attractions like Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the Gods, etc. The cordial service at this hotel was 5/5. The breakfast served is hot and pretty good. All of the ice machines worked perfectly. The bedding and towels were both 5/5. The only difficulties that might be addressed are. 1.). The hot water temperature and pressure on the fourth floor was weak; and 2.) the large showers have no grab bars at all. This is a big safety issue especially for older guests, but also to anyone who might slip while showering. We really liked this hotel and will be returning.

The hotel is in excellent condition, it is clean, and quiet, the staff is friendly. At breakfast I think that if they added a more varied menu and the girls who prepare breakfast should be more presentable, with their hair combed and perhaps more appropriate attire.
