Just a crappy hotel all around and kind of in a ghetto party of town. Would not recommend.

This was a real mixed bag. On the plus side, the towels were brand new and very nice, and I only paid $61 for it. On the negative side, the room was kind of a shambles. The bathroom faucet literally was not attached to the bathroom sink, the hot water took forever to appear. When we first checked in the smoke alarm was beeping constantly. I had to climb up and unattach it from the wall and AC power, then I had to take it down to the office in order to get a backup battery put into it – someone had taken it out and that's why the smoke detector was beeping. On the other hand, the night auditor was very friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again however. It desperately needs to be remodeled – there are water stains on the ceiling in several places and the bottom of the tub is irreparably stained.

As soon as La Quinta Inn asks for the $100 hold you are being taken advantage of. They don't put a hold on the, instead they double charge. I had a long term story and everyone I see and told them to check their account and they seen double charge. I only told La Quinta inn they can hold the $100. Not spend my money for your hotel because most of the rooms are empty. No one comes back because they paid double. If this happens to you I encourage to file a report with the Better Business Bureau and dispute this charge with your bank. This place needs to be shut down for good. I've heard 4 other people when I was there with the same problem.

They were able to provide me with a ground floor, handicap accessible room even though I forgot to request one during my online reservation. The rooms are clean, updated and welcoming. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly.

Beware. During our stay there was screaming from another room well into the wee hours of the morning and a heavy police presence. Who knows what was really going on there. One of the front desk girls Crystal or something very similar is beyond rude and highly unprofessional. They accused us of smoking in the room because there were bandaids on the smoke detector, something that was present upon us checking in, we just didn't think to report it and were punished for it in the form of them keeping our $100 deposit. When trying to dispute this, she repeatedly hung up on me and refused to tell me how to contact her general manager. Worst customer service on the planet!
