We are a military family traveling in to the Springs… The facility was clean and the amenities was ok but the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Kicked us out before out checkout time and tried to keep our deposit when the room was immaculate before we left.

This was our first time to Colorado Springs. This hotel was pretty close to all the things we did. Had a small ant problem but they took it of the it right away and the stay and breakfast was so good. I definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed here many times but this was the first time with my elderly mother. Shower grab bars need to be installed INSIDE the shower not just on the outside where only one is currently position . Another one should be installed beside the toilet for assistance in standing and sitting.
