The real rating is good, trip advisor left me between average and very good. High rating to the staff, very friendly & helpful. Room was okay, the bed was hard (not unusual for me and most hotel beds). Liked the shower. Good wi/fi. They charge extra to park, which was not clear when I reserved the room, Access to parking was not easy since the parking garage is not part of the hotel. Street noise was high, suggest you get room not facing the street.

Spent 3 weekends in a row in Colorado Springs at 3 different hotels. Hilton Garden Inn was the BEST by far. Stayed one weekend at a more expensive hotel and one at a less expensive. Hilton Garden Inn had an amazing staff, easy parking at $15 per night and comfortable, clean room. Our new go-to in Springs!

The staff, on site, food and accommodations are superb. The location is perfect for exploring all that Colorado Springs has to offer. The view from our 10th floor room was mesmerizing! The management texted us twice during our three night stay to check that everything was right. The only drawback was the adjacent parking lot. The was no easy way to get inside. This will be our must stay place in Colorado Springs!

Unser Hotelzimmer 416 mit Blick auf den fernen Pikes Peak war sehr ordentlich; das Bad gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze sind auf der Rückseite des Hotels vorhanden. Zum guten Standard gehören die Zutaten für Kaffee und Tee im Zimmer, aber auch ein Businesscenter. Das bequeme Kingsize-Bett ermöglichte uns einen erholsamen Schlaf. Frühstück bekommt man schon ab 6 Uhr. Bacon & Eggs waren nicht sonderlich gut, aber leckeres Obst mit Beeren und Ananas entschädigte uns ein wenig. Wir hatten auch dank des freundlichen Hotelpersonals einen angenehmen Aufenthalt im Haus.

Amazing room and service. I was mountain view side along cascade ave. Was soook loud and a loud late party on our floor which was annoying. Other than that, great!!!
