Normally we absolutely love Hyatt, but this place was a little disappointing. The positives- the rooms are nice and clean, staff was friendly enough, and clean workout room. Negatives were the breakfast was just fair (not as good as other Hyatts we’ve stayed in), the AC seemed to be motion operated so in middle of night it got hot, and then they had service workers come in our room during the day to work on our TV even though we asked for them not to. We asked for it to be done after we checked out but they said this was not possible. Beds were small as they were doubles and pillows were hard. We still love Hyatts, but this one has a little improvement that could be done.

This hotel seems newly renovated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options including fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage and bagels or toast. On a side note, you can hear the traffic from the highway, which I was able to tune out with the White Noise app on my phone. I would stay here again if we were ever in the area in the future.

The hotel was very nice and staff was friendly. Room was large, new carpet, and quiet. Food was okay except the logistics or set-up was a little disorganized. Traffic jam. Ran out of plastic ware. Everything else was very good!

Check and check out were a breeze. The staff were polite, professional, efficient, helpful and available. The rooms and bathroom were clean and everything worked. The only negative comment is that at 9:57AM the coffee was out and another batch wasn't brewed, because it was too close to 10 am, the breakfast cutoff time. Perhaps an additional half pot, especially as it was a Sunday. In any event, the breakfast was good. I just missed my 2nd cup of coffee. I could've used another chair and side table in the room, but I could've asked for one, had I really needed it. There was ample room for 2 more and a small side table in the room. Over all, it was definitely a wonderful experience! I will definitely return.

Great view, the bed was comfy and it was within. Walking distance of mini restaurants was awesome convenient on off the freeway.

We had stayed here for one night, and everything met and exceeded our expectations. The only issue was that the smoke detector had gone off continuously in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep. This could have been since I had changed the temperature of the room, but nonetheless was the only downside. Overall would stay here again!

The hotel and staff were great. Some things are a little dated but still a very good experience. The breakfast was excellent. My only suggestion is that they switch coffee brands. The coffee was pretty bitter.
