Very unruly and un apologetic staff. I was traveling with kids and they Changed my room type blaming it on “3rd party software “ . When asked they were rather bullish about it and asked me to either get refund and find another hotel or get some point and they may change my room next day. The very next day they were even more bullish. I did not hear a single apology for messing my room. I would strongly recommend to find another hotel especially if you are traveling with family.

We ended up with a room on the freeway side of the hotel. We heard every passing motorcycle, truck, and car. The AC unit didn't have an option to leave the fan on so there was no way to drown out the noise. The hotel is pet friendly, so you may wake up to the sound of dogs fighting down the hall or barking all afternoon in a nearby room.

Needed to use an older gift card. They have a whole process with older gift cards I wasn't told about. Needed to spend a week on the phone after to get resolved. Would have appreciated them telling me when I showed them the gift card at checkin

Under construction. Noisy, no lobby, no parking, hard to get around the hotel. “Front desk” clerk was rude and felt inconvenienced by anyone checking in.

This property was under construction and our stay here was terrible. There was one elevator barely working, hotel staff, customers and construction workers were all fighting to use it. The parking lot was full of nails and screws. The check in location and signage was bad. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The hotel is under construction, Lobby totally torn out, had to register in a room in the back of the hotel which also served as the breakfast room. The whole place was dusty. Garbage all over the place. Carpet in the breakfast room was filthy. You had to walk outside a door and back into another to go back and forth. Food was cold, very cold. Asked what time workman started and was told
10-6. They started at 9:00 with banging. Wish they would have notified us this renovation was going on we would have found another place to stay. Room was nice.

Normally we absolutely love Hyatt, but this place was a little disappointing. The positives- the rooms are nice and clean, staff was friendly enough, and clean workout room. Negatives were the breakfast was just fair (not as good as other Hyatts we’ve stayed in), the AC seemed to be motion operated so in middle of night it got hot, and then they had service workers come in our room during the day to work on our TV even though we asked for them not to. We asked for it to be done after we checked out but they said this was not possible. Beds were small as they were doubles and pillows were hard. We still love Hyatts, but this one has a little improvement that could be done.

This hotel seems newly renovated. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had many options including fresh fruit, waffles, eggs, sausage and bagels or toast. On a side note, you can hear the traffic from the highway, which I was able to tune out with the White Noise app on my phone. I would stay here again if we were ever in the area in the future.
