Ramada by Wyndham Columbia

Property was clean, but a bit dated. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Just need to check closet for hangers and blankets.

Ready to please our room was cold had no problem getting moved to different room where the heat worked

I was able to check in late without any difficulty.

I had to get a room last minute December 30th. This place doesn't have all the frills and such, but it is clean and comfy. It gets the job done. Good water pressure in the showers too. Hat's off!

I knew the price was low but this was to be for a quick overnight only. Now I know why! The building is very much in need of a complete refresh. One good was the bed which was nice and comfortable. But I honestly expected more of a Ramada Inn.

Room was dingy and uncomfortable, plus the window wouldn’t shut and it’s right on the highway. Extremely loud, the appliances buzzed loudly too all night. Didn’t sleep at all.

When I say this place was nasty, it was nasty! Only thing available when I booked, usually stay at Hilton. First off I booked a 2 Queen studio suite with sofa bed and was told I was getting 2 queens. It was cheaper, but that’s not what I booked and that’s not what my email confirmation said and I booked directly through Wyndham not a 3rd party. Now to the actual hotel and room. We walk in and my 6 year old says it smells like pee, who peed in here? Door is not heavy at all and does not close behind you like regular heavy hotel doors. You can see light through sides of door and doesn’t look like it’s fully closed even when locked. The air conditioner filter looks like it’s never been cleaned, the carpet is nasty and the edges of the room look like they’ve never been hit with a vacuum! Bathroom ceiling is molded, toilet paper dispenser is rusted. We didn’t shower because the shower is tiny and tub looked dirty. In town for state final four basketball tournament was going to stay 2 nights but I canceled the 2nd and will just drive the 3 1/2 hours back home tonight. Only nice thing I have to say is the night lady was very nice and I’m pretty sure she’s used to hearing all these things about the rooms because she didn’t even argue with me when I said I wanted to cancel my 2nd night. Stay away unless it’s your only option even then I’d probably just save the $100 and sleep in my car!
