Back door by the parking lot broken, looks unsecure. Poor breakfast, looks like $1.99 menu.

Check in process was friendly and super easy.They were able to accomadate our room location requests perfectly. The room we had was 2nd floor and very quiet we heard no outside noise at all.The furnishing were clean and updated. The only negatives were some water stains on the cieling and the unhoused roaming in area(never saw any on the actual property though).

Asked for towels 2 days in a row and was told they were out of towels both days. Area where hotel is at is located not the best

This place is dirty. The homeless camp out on the parking lot, the peep hole had toilet tissue in it, someone opened the door that wasn't staying in the room.

I had a wonderful stay: excellent staff and nice room. Only problem the pet fees are excessive and would keep me from booking in the future.
