We hear water running every 30 seconds. It clicked on and off all night, along with noise of the traffic from interstates highway. It wasn’t a restful night. But the facility is updated and very clean

The employees at best western inn were super nice, the breakfast was great and the rooms were clean. They took our vehicle number for extra protection which was nice of them and even gave an extra hr of late check out for free! I would recommend!

The young man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. The whole property smells clean as you walk down the hall.

There was a build up of dust and debris on the shelf beside the bed. I found long hairs in the shower and on the bed

Would have been nice to know Pool& hot tub was not working. Main reason why I stayed here was so wife could soak in hot tub.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, the room was updated and very confortable. The biggest downside was construction happening at the entrance, which was right outside my room and was VERY loud until around 10pm. Made it difficult to relax after a very long day of driving. If not for that, though, this would have been a perfect stay. Special shoutout to Aedin at the front desk, who was very welcoming, kind and friendly when I checked in. He helped noost my mood after a stressful day, which was very appreciated.

The floors everywhere and chairs in the lobby were dirty. I booked a hotel so we could use the pool and we were told it was “out of order” but no one could tell us why or for how long.

Overall decent stay aside from noise due to construction and renovations that were being done at the time. Staff worked to try to move me to a quieter room after I was initially placed just inside where the construction was happening outside.
