Beautiful rooms

Little loud in the a.m., but we were on 1st floor next to housekeeping and business center. Very friendly staff, nice clean room.

We picked this hotel because it has an indoor pool. When we got there the pool was closed because it needed chemicals and they ran out. This was a huge disappointment. The bed and room were average. The comforter reminded me of a weighted blanket. I couldn't use it because it was too heavy. The shower curtain came almost to the top edge of the tub. When I showered I flooded the bathroom.

It's probably not a "2", but I wanted to focus attention on one shortcoming that might make a difference to a lot of people. We stayed here three times over a period of nine months. Every time, we booked a room with a king sized bed. Each time, there was a queen sized flat sheet on the king sized bed. More frustrating, though, was that we could not find anyone who could grasp the concept of the difference in size between a queen size and king sized sheet; even at the front desk. We tried to get the right sized sheet, but we could have been speaking a foreign language for all the good it did. I wrote to the manager after the fact (twice) and got no response. If you want a king sized bed and don't mind being half covered with the sheet, I guess this is OK. If not, you may want to avoid this hotel. Interestingly, the shower curtain did not reach all the way into the tub; making it difficult to avoid getting water all over the bathroom floor. Who knows. Maybe they have a "sizing" problem. Other than those shortcomings, it was OK for a Hampton Inn. But, after, three stays with the wrong sheets, we won't be going back. .

Excellent stay! Hotel has been nicely renovated and is extremely clean and modern. Very comfortable beds and 24 hour coffee/tea station. Breakfast was the typical chain buffet breakfast but it was free so that was fine! We will be back!

It was okay. This is feedback, not a complaint. Impossible-to-miss long, black hairs in the shower, and meh food. I’ll be back, but for a Hampton, this one is very average.

We have family near by and we have found out place to stay. It's close, clean and has what we need.

We reserved a king room but were only offered a handicap room. The bed is almost on the floor and the shower has no floor so floods the entire bathroom. Not happy

Beautiful hotel and rooms, great free breakfast. Front desk clerk and breakfast attendants were not actively helpful but they did answer questions. Shower temperature was very hard to adjust.
