Walls were paper thin, so when my neighbor decided to use his hot tub at 3:30am, it sounded like it was inside our room and woke us up. Shower had someone else's hair in it. Front desk was unattended.

Thee worst ever!!! Housekeeping tied to push door open on me to check the water said I was using too much. He literally tried to push the door open on me while my husband was outside in which he knew he was because he was "cleaning" room next to use for 2 hours very creepy very unprofessional and I was scared at that moment with 3 guys that worked there all outside my door and my husband outside

My colleague and I each had issues with our doors. Mine was ornery and did not want to open without a shove, and she had to call the front desk for help.
She also had to switch rooms because her first room smelled of stale cigarette smoke

There was ants in the rooms, the rooms were not cleaned properly, hair in the sink, used spit out toothpaste was left on the faucet, the toilet was not clean, did not get the room i reserved. Overall it was a disappointment!

I was charged an Extra $125 for Extra cleaning; I threw up on the sheets and comforter. BLEACH THEM. Then another $175 four days after checking out, supposedly "I broke the toilet tank." Toilet intact.
