I love more location! My 3th time there in four months. A Brazilian’s steak restaurant right in front of the hotel is such a dream come true for a Brazilian living 5 years in the US. Thank GOD! 😍😍

I had an event there and the staff was extremely helpful. DeCarlos was absolutely the best and I will be coming back just to say hi to him. He went above and beyond to make sure the event was set up well and had everything it needed and continued to check up throughout the night. I am definitely planning on utilizing this place in the future.

Amazing parking that makes walking to all of downtown convient. The hotel was very clean and festive for the holiday. No vending machines but have a "shop" of food and drinks. The pool was up and running and very clean. The only thing i was shocked about was the not so comfy bed or pillows. Normally hotels have beds you never want to leave, but me and the hubby were glad we only had to sleep there 1 night. Free coffee or tea in the mornings, the buffet or any breakfast is a surcharge. We hit the McDonald's down the road. Overall the most convenient place for parking if you have an event downtown.

We were in town for a USC game and stayed at this hotel. It was just okay. Not great. Not terrible. During our stay, the fire alarm went off. Startled, I called the front desk with no answer. A couple of times I called the front desk to request towels or to ask questions with no response (and I never got towels). The room could have been ALOT cleaner. Overall, it didn't feel like anyone really cared.
