The hotel itself was great. The desk and housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast hostess not so much. Breakfast was served from 7a-10am. When I went inside the breakfast area I said “Good Morning” to which I received a grunt. I made my plate and turned around to go out and she had shut the doors behind me. She let me out and after I got to my table I checked my phone for the time. I thought maybe it was way after 10am. It was 10:01am. After I sat down several other guest came by but were closed out. So I guess unlike other Hamptons I have visited, you should have your food and be out by 9:45am.

Property was fine . We were totally surprised by the exorbitant Pet , fee which was not disclosed at any point before booking . The booking could not be canceled so there we were, stuck with no . recourse .

Great breakfast! Very clean room. There is a lake with a walking track right behind this hotel!

Wonderful hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and beds very comfortable. Easily accessible from the highway. Breakfast had numerous hot and cold food items including cheese omelettes, waffles, bacon, cold cereals and fresh fruit salad. Staff was friendly 😄. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

The employee who checked us in was friendly and efficient. The hotel was so clean you could smell the purified air in the elevator and the air was on full blast in the hallway! Everything was very clean and comfortable. And thank you Gloria for cleaning our room! The complimentary breakfast was standard but everything was freshly made, and the employee was friendly and eager to assist us with whatever was needed. Checkout was a breeze and the employees were friendly. I liked that they had little brown bags filled with goodies to take with you on the road. I put this hotel on my favorites because we are definitely coming back here next time we are driving through this area!!

The hotel is located conveniently to major highways. Very easy to navigate to downtown etc. The staff is very helpful & friendly. The “free” breakfast is what you would expect but is replenished quickly. There are fast food places nearby as well. The room was comfortable & clean

Still good. I have stayed at this property numerous times and never dissapointed. This visit the pros were, fast effecient check in. Clean quiet room and ample parking. Hotel staff is generally hard at work cleaning. Requested room be serviced and it was. Cons. Some new staff and I would say not as friendly. Not rude but just indifferent. Especially breakfast staff. They kept the area up and stocked but no interactions with guests. Also this was weird one hot tray was empty and I asked and they said oh they only have potatoes during the week. Not sure what that is about. But a huge plus they have dark roast coffee. So many Hamptons have done away with the dark roast. Also yes rooms are dated. I don't care as they are clean and I had no issues. I also asked about Mrs Camaro who used to work there and was the best. Was told she is at another hotel property. I plan to return again at least two more times this year when I am in Columbia.
