Central location and decent sized rooms. Helpful front desk staff and valet covers the positives. The rest is very very average. Breakfast is poor with poor service, our room service in terms of cleaning was poor and in two days non existent. Haven’t really much more to add

Excellent time at your hotel. The front desk was one of the major things that made a huge impact on us. Terra was amazing & such a pleasant, helpful, kind, happy & professional associate. A great asset to have. Franklin was a chip off the block also with helpful, happy attitude & service. Kendra was to nice & wonderful as well. They all made the hotel experience one of a kind & we will be back & send others. The upkeep at the hotel was up to standard as expected at the great Marriot & we thank you for all of it.

Probably won’t stay at another Marriott. While it is conventionally located downtown the rooms weren’t clean when I checked in. Hair was in the bathroom and the tile was spotty with black water marks. I called with my concern and I will
Say the staff was great at relocating me to another room. While the next room was clean it was freezing and right next to the parking garage so I heard alarms go off all night. The heater in the room was faulty but the staff did offer to send an engineer to check it out. Also I never had to pay for internet at any hotel I was staying at, but at this Marriott if you were not a rewards member you had to pay between 10-13 bucks to use internet per day! Plus you also

Julia - the bartender - was fantastic and very kind. Really fun to hangout with and provided really great recommendations. Since I have to use a minimum of 200 characters, the room was also good. Nothing over the top. Front desk staff was great as well.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The only complain was that it took a long time to get the water hot in the bathroom.

Hotel is always great! Location is fabulous ! The restaurant is fabulous as well! Carlos in the restaurant is new & went out of his way to get my daughter her steak before 5:00pm. The whole staff here is awesome! My husband & I always stay here & are never disappointed! Highly recommend
