Shower hard to operate. No regular coffee in room, $200 deposit paid for incidentals at check in… today I have a bill charge taken out of $119.25, instead of the credit of $200 back . I had already paid the reservation in full to Trip.com before check in. Front desk staff was very rude during entire stay. Most problematic even still was that I did NOT have wifi connection during the entire stay! Had to use my cellular data in the room all during the night … front desk never resolved nor seemed concerned about not having wifi access , nor did they offer a solution or compensation. We sat out front of the hotel for over 3 hours trying to come up with the $200 credit card to “authorize” for incidentals. Not the best experience for my birthday or ever! Calling hotel now about the non return of my $200 and double paying for the room that we only in from 10:30 pm- 12:15 next day!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and both times were excellent. We missed the email confirming our stay and our reservation had to be reinstated. They made the process seamless and got us a room quickly. We arrived after 3 pm and needed to get dressed for a 4 pm wedding. They held our car at valet so we could leave as soon as we were ready. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend anyone who loves a beautiful hotel stay in Columbia to stay there.

Lovely hotel - room was very nice lobby area Starbucks all very nice. Rooftop bar has been enclosed. It was a sauna. Couldn’t even stay for a drink. Used to love it up there Vault bar in lobby very nice. Will go again but not to rooftop unless it’s winter

Was in town for daughter's graduation. Stay was great. Really comfortable beds! Perfect location for all things Columbia. Have stayed before and will stay again.

Clean rooms, hot water, professional staff, and the *****ni’s at the rooftop bar are HUGE 🤣🤣🤣. I hit them up for an upgrade and they moved me to the 10th floor. Great views! But… look, it was a hotel ROOM. And that’s what i got. Don’t roll up in there expecting a one bedroom apar**ent. Maybe install some lamps with usb outlets to plug in my stuff?

Had a great stay over three days. this is the second time we stayed at this location.
