Shower hard to operate. No regular coffee in room, $200 deposit paid for incidentals at check in… today I have a bill charge taken out of $119.25, instead of the credit of $200 back . I had already paid the reservation in full to Trip.com before check in. Front desk staff was very rude during entire stay. Most problematic even still was that I did NOT have wifi connection during the entire stay! Had to use my cellular data in the room all during the night … front desk never resolved nor seemed concerned about not having wifi access , nor did they offer a solution or compensation. We sat out front of the hotel for over 3 hours trying to come up with the $200 credit card to “authorize” for incidentals. Not the best experience for my birthday or ever! Calling hotel now about the non return of my $200 and double paying for the room that we only in from 10:30 pm- 12:15 next day!

What a wonderful staff with beautiful vintage property reflecting the grand days of luxury. Cozy lounge with nice food for breakfast and nice evening treats. Awesome Valet staff as well - they were always on it. In the heart of the city. Wonderful time!

Rooms are a little dated. Bathroom sink fixtures were loose. Rooftop bar and the Vault was a great experience. Beautiful hotel! The staff was very pleasant. Cashless hotel, so make sure you have cash to pay valet if they park your car. Overall it was a great stay, and I'd stay again.

My stay was wonderful the staff were lovely and friendly. The guy who helped me at the front desk was extremely helpful and very polite and professional I forgot his name but he had a gold ring from USC I think. I help safe and clean. Will definitely recommend and return.

Amazing two night stay downtown Columbia. Staff was great. Enjoyed cocktails on the rooftop and the vault. Room was small but comfy! Can’t wait to visit again.

This may have been the best hotel I've stayed at. The hotel is old, but feels modern. The beds were super comfortable. The staff were kind and hospitable, just amazing. The location was superb. The Columbia Saturday market is right outside.

Enjoyed the rooftop bar, that also offered great dinner service. Really liked the view from the roof, as well as from our room. Great sunrise view, and downtown view. Liked having the option for room service. Enjoyed breakfast in the historical Vault, too!
