I have stayed here for about 6-7 weeks. The last couple weeks, I have asked for my bed sheets/blankets to be changed while at work during the week. It hasn't happened yet. I also asked for my bathroom to be cleaned and freshened, that hasn't happened. The only way I get my trash can emptied, is to leave it outside my door. Staffing, or lack of, is an apparent issue. During my stay before New Years day, it wasn't an issue, but the month of January has been a 180 downturn! Not good

There a lot of leaves that were in the parking lot and after the rainstorm, were wet and then froze up overnight and presented a slippery walking environment. Very dangerous!

The front desk staff was great. The room had a smell to it, there was a dirty diaper in the bathroom. The coat rack was not secured to the wall just 3 holes in the wall and when you put anything on the hooks it would just fall out of the wall. For a queen suite I expected a little better

Rooms are super clean and staff is very friendly. This hotel is close to the Vista so we just walked to eat and go out.

I like the Dove soaps, lotions, etc.

There was no shower curtain. When I checked in when I showered, the floor was soaked there was only one towel, and the bathmat was black after I wiped up the water off the floor hair in the tub. I had to go downstairs and get a shower curtain and one towel Because the staff was short on towels, the carpet had food crumbles all over the place when I woke up in the morning and needed another towel. They were short on towels, and when I asked for bedsheets and an extra blanket, they gave us a queen set instead of a king
