Best Western Plus Columbia Inn

We hear water running every 30 seconds. It clicked on and off all night, along with noise of the traffic from interstates highway. It wasn’t a restful night. But the facility is updated and very clean

My room was on the side of the building next to the busy interstate highway and was noisy.

Great location, right off interstate, but not a lot of noise. Wish entrances were a little more secure but other than that, it worked!

This BW Plus hotel was a pleasant surprise! Great customer care, excellent dining room service, and breakfast bar, very clean hotel and guest rooms.

Nice hotel on our cross country trip. Good breakfast, caring staff, clean room and comfortable bed. Would stay again. Gentleman working the breakfast was very nice and tried his best to fix the broken yogurt machine which has become my favorite at Best Western breakfast.

Super comfy 1-night stay in Columbia, MO. Great room, great breakfast, courteous staff. Parking lot was crowded due to many construction trucks parked out back, but they were gone the next morning-probably a large crew stopping overnight and our party didn’t check in until after 10pm. Cleanliness of hotel was evident upon entry-no odors, everything visible was very well maintained. Our room was spacious, super-clean & obviously updated. Again, no odors, no dust bunnies behind nightstand, etc. Two travelers with CPAP machines had ample space & plugs to set up on the nightstand between the 2 queen beds. Plenty of fresh fluffy towels and courtesy toiletries for two. Great breakfast.

There were no extra sheets for the person on the pullout couch, the water in the shower was boiling, the vending machine stole $5. The actual room was very clean and the staff were friendly to me. Maybe rushed, but definitely not rude.

The room I had must have been newly redecorated. It was excellent! I was not a fan of the parking. Little in front. Big parking lot in back BUT you would have to enter thru a side entrance and safety was an issue to me. Didn't get opportunity to eat breakfast. The front entrance area was dirty and needed to be vacuumed.

This hotel is amazing. Wonderful breakfast, swimming pool, snack area, washer/dryer. Would definitely recommend.
