Cleo (not sure if this is her name because she removed her name tag when asked to confirm her name) at the breakfast counter was extremely rude and unprofessional with me and other guests with her inappropriate tone and delivery! She began to argue with me and the other guests as if the breakfast was coming from her kitchen. And then she had the audacity to have a male companion waiting for her with a Burger King bag as if he was coming to “hang out” with her while she’s working. I travel frequently and this has NEVER happened to me! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! However, Lucy was GREAT with deescalating the situation and I think Marriott should hire more employees like Lucy. Also, when you arrive to the hotel you will be unable to park in front of the entrance. I was extremely upset with that because it was raining. I’ll attach photo as reference. Overall, I will NEVER go there again!
