I was very disappointed in doubletree because I was told I’d be getting the military rate in which was one $107 a night for our group so i booked and came i could have stayed anywhere else for cheaper but our military group had a special rate there and we would all be together. The hotel stay was nice but the showers could have been cleaner and there was some things broken in there as well but i did not complain as i was comfortable other than that with the room. It was after checking out getting my receipt i seen that i had a different rate which was $169 per night instead of $107 I tried to speak with the hotel and was told there was nothing they could do as the price nightly had been raised and adjusted and they had stopped that rate but i had my room already i just hadn’t checked in until later. How is that right to charge me a different price after check out I’m very disappointed. I went from paying $107 to $211 once checked out of the doubletree

From the moment we entered the front doors, to the moment we left, we experienced friendly, professional people at every turn. From Tiana’s welcome and efficient check-in (with her amazing smile!) to Veronica’s kind care as we departed at 6:30 am with a coffee made by Mr. Nick, the courtesy and care of the entire staff was simply perfection. We needed the toilet fixed and it happened within moments! We requested more towels and they appeared in minutes! Thank you for making us feel so very at home. My only regret is that we could only stay one night. Although the bathroom was frighteningly small, this was the nicest Doubletree we have ever stayed in and they’ve all been lovely.

Pick another Hotel There is a bar with extremely loud music across the street. When you can hear the Bass Thumping inside your room it’s way too loud. Also 1st room wasn’t clean should have been a clue. Not a great area of Columbus GA. I’m sure there are better choices.

The hotel is struggling to stay a float, both elevators for residents were out of order. We used the service elevator. Got to our room carrying all our luggage and the keys didn’t give us access to the room, this was Inconvenience. Smell of marjuina filled the halls.

This was our first time to stay at this chain, but it was wonderful! Even the shower was fantastic! Very comfortable bed and super quiet! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend!!! And the onsite restaurant was a huge plus since it was raining and cold the night we stayed.

Friendly front desk service. The floor in my room seemed sticky and not especially clean, but the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The air conditioning worked well! Fitness center was nice and breakfast was good, but a bit pricey. Convenient access to many attractions in Columbus. Oh, and you can’t beat the warm Doubletree Hilton chocolate chip cookies!
