Hyatt Place Columbus North

I love everything about this place omg so beautiful and rhe staff so friendly and nice.This my home away from home when im visting we loved, the bed so comfortable, and rhe view excellent. Will be back keep up the good services.

The propery is near the airport so I understand the noise from the planes. I had been giving a room and noticed that the toilet was constantly running around 5am. I had tried to see if the toilet needed resetting inside but the inside was disgusting so I put up with the toilet noise. After leaving for my work day, I came back to see that the issue stopped. Not sure what caused the problem in the first place. Otherwise place is fine.

Great free breakfast

This Hyatt Place used to be my premiere go to hotel. Now they allow pets without informing guests, televisions usually don't work, front desk clerks are never dressed professionally, and the so called breakfast has gotten progressively worse and is never good. When corporate owned and ran the motel it was very professionally ran and the front desk clerks were dressed professionally and had excellent cs skills. Now they don't greet you, they wait on you to inform them you are checking in, and from time to time they simply aren't there. There is usually no maintenance personnel there and housekeeping occurs only when you are checking out. This hotel should be taken back over by corporate and ran correctly. Although it's in a prime location and looks good from the outside it's a horrible hotel. Don't be FOOLED!

This hotel was clean. We loved the room with the separate living area and the sink in the kitchenette area. There are several restaurants within walking distance which is nice. The breakfast was good.

My stay would have been super. Booking,check in and out, quiet,good breakfast, great parking, room cleanliness. All of those things were great however the room temperature was terrible. We got in and waited for it to get better. We finally had to call and gave us another room.The second room was as cold as the first. We were just glad to make it through the night.

The front desk staff was awesome

The double queen bed rooms with twin sofa bed large. Shower pressure& hot water aeesome. Nice buffet brkst. Friendly hotel staff. Near restaurants. Quiet area. Will be back.

Great hotel, location and personnel. Enjoyed the stay and will certainly return.
