This Hyatt Place used to be my premiere go to hotel. Now they allow pets without informing guests, televisions usually don't work, front desk clerks are never dressed professionally, and the so called breakfast has gotten progressively worse and is never good. When corporate owned and ran the motel it was very professionally ran and the front desk clerks were dressed professionally and had excellent cs skills. Now they don't greet you, they wait on you to inform them you are checking in, and from time to time they simply aren't there. There is usually no maintenance personnel there and housekeeping occurs only when you are checking out. This hotel should be taken back over by corporate and ran correctly. Although it's in a prime location and looks good from the outside it's a horrible hotel. Don't be FOOLED!
