Room was small but clean and the beds were pretty comfortable. The grounds are well manicured and is located right off the base of Fort Moore which was the reason for our visit. Sharon and Nikko at the front desk and Christopher are PHENOMENAL, however, the overnight clerk, Ronnie was an absolute miserable human being. You need more staff like Sharon, Nikko and Christopher and less Ronnie. He is a poor representative of your otherwise nice facility.

One of the best hotels we've enjoyed in a very long time: staff (from front desk, dining room/kitchen, housekeeping, everyone was TOP NOTCH)... very clean... nice room... good HVAC... can use digital key on phone... wonderful hot breakfast... free cookies at night and to-go breakfast in morning (if you don't have time for the real thing)... on a very quiet and pristine street leading into Fort Moore. Just doesn't get any better.

Room was ok, could have been vacuumed better upon arrival. Room not as spacious as I’d like but staff good! Good coffee, breakfast was ok, not great but ok. Pillows terrible!

I stayed for a graduation ceremony on base and the Hotel is right next door to the infantry museum so it was extremely convenient. Its just outside base gate also. Hotel was spotless excellent condition. Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. No complaints i would certainly stay there again.

Excellent location, nice clean hotel and breakfast was really good however this hotel is NOISEY! No soundproofing whatsoever. You could hear guest snoring and the HVAC sounded like a jet engine ready to take off. Great location but don't expect to get any sleep.
