Sleep Inn & Suites Columbus Near Fort Benning

Nice hotel. The fitness room was neglected, no towels, no water, no cleaning wipes, some broken equipment. The staff was friendly and we are awaiting a refund for canceling one day within 24 hours. We’d consider this hotel again

Pool was closed. Off seasons. No jacuzzi. Room was clean and staff was helpful. They say its a bad area but we didn't have any problems.

Place was absolutely amazing but the problem that I had was they never let anyone know that their pool was not working which I felt like that was the only reason why I wanted to come here in the first place. Breakfast was good but I feel like I should be accommodated for their pool only because I had kids and that’s what they were expecting to do is swim.

Very nice and convenient for people who have family in the army training camp. Very close proximity to spend time with family and friends in the area

Terrible management, poor customer service, sexist employees. Need customer training. Need new staff that is willing to work and provide great professional customer experience.

Late CO only offers 1hr for $50 I asked if I could changed my room due to loud neigbors, FD told me maybe but never got a call to confrm or to let me know they couldn't.

Staff was wonderful. The lobby and both rooms I stayed in however were not clean. The bathtub was very dirty, lots of smeary handprints on frequently used surfaces and stains on chairs. The people are really nice, the place just needs a good cleaning.

Didn't have my reservation for second room, had to get additional on spot, different rate, then TV disnt work had to mive rooms. Breakfast was HORRIBLE

Hot water was Luke warm at best. We were there three nights and never got the bedding changed nor did we get fresh towels. 6am they had no coffee made. The front desk lady said the kitchen help doesn’t start till 7. Meanwhile she sits and talks to her boyfriend all night.
