The only reason we booked this hotel, a town over from Starkville where we were actually visiting, was for the indoor pool for the kids. I called a week before booking to make sure everything was good with the indoor pool. They said it was great. We get there and the kids got into the pool for it to be FREEZING. Their lips were blue within minutes. The pool heater “is broken and has been down for a while” per the person working the front desk. Very inconsiderate and wrong to lie to customers in order to secure a booking.

The hotel was clean and smelled very good… The staff was very nice and helpful upon checking in… The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was hot and delicious. 10 out of 10. Definitely will visit again

Overpriced due to area college football game. Otherwise, this is a room worth maybe $150 on average. The breakfast is decent for such an otherwise dingy place.

We stay here whenever we're in Columbus because the rooms are clean, the staff is responsive and friendly and the location is convenient. Will stay here again and again.

The price of stay and quality of establishment did not meet the hype online. It could use a major upgrade. The carpet in room was heavily stained. Furniture was dated. The area does sit on a busy hub for the city where you have access to stores,,food and fun.
