It was fine. Everything was good. Didn’t really appreciate housekeeping knocking on the door (and opening) while we were still in bed.

No frills hotel but the room was comfortable, quiet, and safe. With add-on taxes the room is approximately $120. Breakfast was exceptional with real scrambled eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits and gravy, and a variety of cereals. Many truckers use this hotel. We ate dinner at the adjacent Jackson Square Grill. Be certain to take advantage of their Happy Hour 3-6:00 with (about) 1/2 price selected appetizers. A large Coors Light is $5.00. Buffalo Wild Wings, Long Horn, and a couple pizzerias are within walking distance of the Best Western.

Got to hotel after 11 pm. Was very tired. Doors were locked to loby. Desk person gave us key to wrong room. Had to give me key to another room. When ready to check out had to wait over five minutes for someone to come to the desk. There was no employee behind the checkout desk.

Overall, the service was great! Friendly staff and a wonderful hot breakfast. Our room was not in the best shape. Bathroom shower head was rusty, broken tile, chair that went with the desk was broken, and the floor was disgusting. Beds were comfortable and clean, but had an awful squeak. Minor things that can be easily fixed.

There was mold in the bath soap dish. I sat in the tub and saw it. Hope all the way down the countertop with sink. One would think with them saying Best Western Executive Suites it would have been better. Breakfast was good!
