There are not a lot of options in the area and I guess that is how they arrive at their pricing model. I guess it was clean and average. The lighting in the room was grim and it has an institutional feel. On the plus side, it is in a convenient location

Breakfast was good and the sheets were clean. After that it all goes downhill. The toilet squealed with a high pitch for 15 seconds after every flush. The WiFi is meaningless. We couldn’t call up a single web page during our two day stay. The door to our room had obviously been forced in the past and the door didn’t latch easily as a result (see picture.) The shower is many years past due for a replacement. Again, see picture. Overall, not a place I’d go back to - and I am a big Hyatt fan having spent hundreds of nights in their hotels. Note to management: time to refurbish and stop cutting corners - this hotel is a black mark on your brand.

The hotel has a nice lobby and dining area. This is the best part of the hotel. The rooms are very plain at best and dated and a little worn. Ice is on 3 and 4 floors with the 3rd being out of order. Parking is congested and fills up quickly. This is in a great location and just needs a little updating and it will be as good as any

We had a double queen room and it was HUGE! It was so spacious and could have easily fit 6 with the pull out couch. I absolutely love this hotel!

First time in Columbus Mississippi, Highly recommend the stay. Thoroughly enjoyed layout of the rooms as well as the hotel itself. Would definitely recommend looking forward to maybe sometime in the future staying here again. Breakfast was nice and they even have a decent little bar to prepare a favorite cocktail.

Very amazing staff and welcoming. They guide me to the planet fitness gym, and other restaurants around the area once we got to the hotel. They also guide use to our rooms and had the best welcoming ever.

The staff was very helpful and the rooms were very clean and large. the bathroom was also very large and clean. They had a nice sofa and sitting area. We were next to the elevator, but never heard anything, very quiet room. Convenient location.
