A pet Friendly hotel near food and fuel. A great location with a friendly and helpful staff. We have stayed at this location a number of times and have always received great service.

We stay here every time we visit our daughter in Bloomington. It is an easy drive, and it’s a pretty drive to Bloomington. Many restaurants are in the area, but you will probably want to drive unless you go to the Mexican restaurant across the highway. That food is good, but Columbus has way more to offer. We will continue to stay here, impart, because it’s inexpensive, clean, and easy to stay.

Upon arrival the lobby was packed with sports families. There must have been a high school tournament close by. We stayed for our anniversary to go to Brown County the next day. Front desk staff worked as quick as they could and were super kind. If we stayed for a race (needing to get up early/sleep well) or had important travel, we would have been very upset with the amount of stomping and noise from above us. However, this was a relaxing trip so it didn’t bother us much. The neighbors above were awake and stomping until after midnight and up early before 8am. My husband got ice early in the night around 8pm and said the pool was packed which is understandable having high school sports teams there. There were stains, hair and a film of what felt like bubbles in our jacuzzi tub. I cleaned it before use and we didn’t use the jets because it seemed unclean. The room was very comfortable and clean otherwise. Internet and cell service was awful to watch movies on our devices. Again, I imagine it’s because all of the guests. Breakfast was normal eggs, bagels, biscuits and gravy, cereal, oa**eal, sausage. If in the area, we would stay again as many of the “downfalls” weren’t at fault of the hotel.

This was the nicest La Quinta with the kindest and most attentive desk clerk we’ve experienced. The hotel was clean, as were the grounds, which we don’t always experience.
