Fairfield Inn & Suites Columbus Polaris

Our experience was a good one. My husband and I commented on the cleanliness of everything! The breakfast was typical but good. The pool/hot tub was on the smaller side, but for us, it was perfect having a 5 year old who loves to swim. I took one star off for amenities due to there being no actual vending machines, but instead, the little "store" in the lobby, it was a bit overpriced.

Was assigned to stay here for work. The room itself was lovely. However, the miniscule pool area was swarmed with kids, hot tub unavailable, and I had an issue in the room. I settled in for the night , and when I laid down something scratched me. A very basic expectation in a hotel is clean sheets. So I was very disappointed to find dirty, stained sheets. I went to remove the sheets because I was disgusted and found many bug carapaces underneath the dirty sheet, which was what had been scratching me.

This hotel lacks the responsibility of your vehicles safety. 7 cars have been broken into and they seem to not care very much. Also some of the rooms don’t have a microwave. Being away and the prices of the rooms I feel like it unacceptable to not provide the proper service. So if you wanna stay he be aware a good chance that it will have a smashed window in the morning.

Multiple cars broken into. And the front desk confirmed there was break-ins the night prior and the previous week..

Do not book this hotel. I would like to give it zero stars. Rooms were shabby, not what yiu expect from a Marriott. Front desk staff rude. To top it off, our car and 9 others were broken into and their surveillance cameras can't see the front side of the parking lot! Car was locked and nothing stolen. Staff argued when we asked for a late checkout to sort things out.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. However the bed pillows were not comfortable. We had a nice view out of our window. Breakfast was good and coffee was nice and hot.

The hotel was average. The drain didn’t work. The air conditioning made a terrible noise and the bed was uncomfortable. The lobby was clean and updated.
