This one made me have the urge to say a few words, the purpose is to let everyone avoid pitfalls.
I feel that the hotel spends all the money on the lobby, I don’t even want to take pictures of the bathroom, it’s too small, please forgive us ordinary people who don’t understand the concept and purpose of the design.
We were given a room connected to the next door. We opened the door here and made sure the room next door was closed. It would be embarrassing if it happened!
The price of 18XX, but even a 500ml bottle of water has to be charged an additional $2. I don’t deserve it. Fortunately, I brought my own water and put it together for a photo to commemorate stepping on thunder!
But what is consoling is that the steakhouse Eddie Merlot's opposite is worth trying. The taste of steak and other meals is really amazing!

My 2nd time here at this hotel; my 2nd visit was as good, if not better, than my 1st visit. Everything is clean, immaculate, elegantly designed and decorated. Just a marvelous place to stay. No buffet breakfast, but that's okay. I gladly will pay for the superb food that is served at the restaurant. Our server Lauren was pleasant and efficient. The hotel is a stone's throw from Polaris Mall, an easy walk to it. No complaints about anything.

Beautiful hotel. Clean. Close to many restaurants and shopping. We had a king double on the club level. My daughter complained that the bath room was too small. Other than that great room.

over the past 6 years, we've passed through Columbus 2 to 3 times a year - always staying at this hotel. Its a great place, but we were dissapointed that its basically been downgraded to a Hilton Garden Inn. The menu has shrunk dramatically, and the liquor cabinet at the bar is not as well stocked. We'vr seen this place when its very busy, yet they have always been staffed to handle it. Not so much this time. There's a decidely more pedestrian feel. Take it for what its worth. We're empty-nesters with time on our hands that pamper themselves once-in-a-while. This location is fine, just not the more upscale feel it once had.

Super nice lady at check in and great bartender! I didn’t get their names, but they deserve kudos. Fitness center was great too, clean, spacious, lots of equipment. Overall, a really good value and terrific location.

I had a relaxing stay. The hotel was beautiful and up to date. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only issue was the breakfast from Arrow 17 did not have gluten free or vegan options.

Nice hotel in nice area. Clean when you walk in. No free breakfast unless you have access to executive lounge. Had to switch rooms bc Water pressure at the hotel for the toilets was very weak. Maintenance stated all toilets are very slow and have to be flushed a few times each use because water pressure slow to them. Switched rooms and toilet was finicky in new room as well. Hotel is showing decline from past visits - but spacious rooms and clean

When we visit Columbus, we always stay at the Hilton at Polaris. It is a beautiful, very well kept hotel for visitors to the northern end of Columbus. Beautiful lobby, fast and easy check-in, and outstanding room. We love the King suite. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping and dining. A must-try if you’ve never been there.

Nice, but they make you pay extra for EVERYTHING. $300 a night could include some complimentary coffee and water…. not to mention there was a homeless man masterbating in the lobby restroom
