This one made me have the urge to say a few words, the purpose is to let everyone avoid pitfalls. I feel that the hotel spends all the money on the lobby, I don’t even want to take pictures of the bathroom, it’s too small, please forgive us ordinary people who don’t understand the concept and purpose of the design. We were given a room connected to the next door. We opened the door here and made sure the room next door was closed. It would be embarrassing if it happened! The price of 18XX, but even a 500ml bottle of water has to be charged an additional $2. I don’t deserve it. Fortunately, I brought my own water and put it together for a photo to commemorate stepping on thunder! But what is consoling is that the steakhouse Eddie Merlot's opposite is worth trying. The taste of steak and other meals is really amazing!

over the past 6 years, we've passed through Columbus 2 to 3 times a year - always staying at this hotel. Its a great place, but we were dissapointed that its basically been downgraded to a Hilton Garden Inn. The menu has shrunk dramatically, and the liquor cabinet at the bar is not as well stocked. We'vr seen this place when its very busy, yet they have always been staffed to handle it. Not so much this time. There's a decidely more pedestrian feel. Take it for what its worth. We're empty-nesters with time on our hands that pamper themselves once-in-a-while. This location is fine, just not the more upscale feel it once had.

Nice hotel in nice area. Clean when you walk in. No free breakfast unless you have access to executive lounge. Had to switch rooms bc Water pressure at the hotel for the toilets was very weak. Maintenance stated all toilets are very slow and have to be flushed a few times each use because water pressure slow to them. Switched rooms and toilet was finicky in new room as well. Hotel is showing decline from past visits - but spacious rooms and clean

Beds were nice , shower is small. There was some sort of tournament and groups of kids running and yelling down the halls into the night time and we had two small children that had a tough time trying to sleep with screaming kids in the halls

We booked a room in Polaris due to its proximity to family. Very swanky hotel with great food and atmosphere. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast -- and loved the fireplace and jacuzzi. Everything is on the pricey side but you get what you pay for. The room was quiet and clean with particularly nice sheets. There is a lot going on in the area too. Staff was super friendly; it was definitely the most posh hotel stay out of our five nights in Columbus (we changed hotels after a member of our party was hospitalized).

Unlike every other hotel stay I've had recently, they actually kept my room reserved for me. Check-in was smooth, the facilities were spotless, and the food at the in-house restaurant was delicious (plus available at all, instead of being shut down without prior notice).

From arrival to checkout our experience was enjoyed. We were stunned to book a room with two kings, which could not have been more perfect. We were spending the night for a girl's night out and also used the hot tub and fitness center. Spent some time in the lobby around the fireplace and bar as there was a snowstorm preventing a lot of driving. We enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant before we checked out. Would highly recommend this location for business events, weddings, and of course an amazing girls night in.
