Hyatt Place Columbus Polaris

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was great! Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed there. 

Modern, really clean, nice facilities. Can't get any better in terms of hotel. Location wise, close to mall but not a very walkable location. Around 20 mins car ride to downtown Columbus.

Exceptionally clean rooms and beautiful hotel. Good hot breakfast was included. We celebrated our anniversary with our family in Columbus and the staff made it very special. Gabrielle was very helpful with the planning and reservations.

All the staff was very friendly, Hotel was very clean, there was ample parking. The one thing that stood out and was very much appreciated was the security that was roaming around the parking lot.

Overall the place is good. Clean , decent breakfast and good service . Only lowlight is the room was smaller than usual Hyatt places .

It was discovered during our stay that there were bed bugs. Once I reported it to the front desk that morning they offered to change the sheets which for bed bugs seems to be no where near a resolution to that issue. The front desk said they would contact their manager to see what else they could do. We already had plans for that day and left giving permission for the hotel staff to enter the room while we were gone. Once we came back I informed the staff that we would be leaving that night as we no longer felt comfortable staying in that hotel. They said that we wouldnt be charged for our final night which seems like bare minimum they could have done considering we have had to quarantine our items, sterilize what we could, and thrown away things that we couldn't/wasn't worth the risk.
