Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean. It was quiet. Breakfast was great! Really nice hotel! Glad we stayed there.

Modern, really clean, nice facilities. Can't get any better in terms of hotel. Location wise, close to mall but not a very walkable location. Around 20 mins car ride to downtown Columbus.

This was my favorite hotel during this business trip. It had a subtle citrus scent and was very clean. There were also steakhouses, seafood restaurants, and Korean hot pot restaurants nearby, which was so convenient. Columbus is beautiful.

Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious room and friendly staff. Lots of food options and hotel amenities. Check in was very fast and easy. A lot of families were in town for an event but noise was not an issue. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. I would definitely stay here when visiting Columbus.

I was expecting something better than much more. If I’m going to get Holiday Inn Express service, accommodations and breakfast……..I’ll stay there next time. I was expecting something better much more from a Hyatt.

We made our reservations for two rooms to celebrate my granddaughter’s 18th birthday, three weeks in advance and noted we wanted adjoining rooms they put us on different floors!

Clean, spacious, and friendly! They also have a great bar that you can totally relax at after a long travel or business day. Also, without asking, they provide a list of local restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this stay.

Great hotel. Quiet, comfy, good breakfast, nice staff. Would stay again. Nice location. Can walk to Outback and Starbucks.
