This hotel is fantastic. The front desk staff was so welcoming and helpful. Great location being next to COSI and a quick walk/uber to downtown/short north area and arena district.

The mattresses are terrible. 2 people in a king bed and we both rolled to the middle, no support and they are very loud. Small child on bunk bed sounded like they were going to fall through every time they rolled over.
They need to be replaced. Room 319, go lay in the bed and see how bad it is.
Lobby is nice, people are very nice.

Unique property with plenty to do. We stopped in for a quick overnight getaway and were not disappointed. Several options for food and drinks and the room perfectly appointed. We will be back again.
