We checked in ahead of time and check-in went through very quickly. Thank you . It's cool in the pool, it wouldn't hurt to put a heater on.

The bed was rock hard. The dishes our food was served in for breakfast were dirty (lipstick stains on glasses). There were multiple homeless people that bombarded us when we walked out in the parking lot and one followed us to the hotel at night.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location and able to walk to restaurants. We were out late but was comfortable and felt safe.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful.
The room had a couple of power strips and one was overloaded or had another issue because every time I used the coffee maker, the lamp flickered and the coffee maker turned itself off.

There was a light out in the bathroom which made getting ready a little difficult but since we were only staying one night I didn’t feel the need to request that it be fixed. There was some noise in the late afternoon but was quiet at night. Close to the event we were attending and many dining options nearby.
