We checked in ahead of time and check-in went through very quickly. Thank you . It's cool in the pool, it wouldn't hurt to put a heater on.

When my daughter was getting married in Columbus, I needed to book a room block at a hotel for the out-of-town guests. In addition, I wanted to host a brunch for the morning after the wedding, where guests could have one last get-together before heading for the airport. This hotel offered me the best room rate and a full brunch in one of the meeting rooms, convenient for the guests. I am so glad I went with this hotel for my plans. Joe Filio in the Sales dept. was great to work with, and the event turned out to be exactly what I was hoping for. The food was exceptional (crispy bacon in a hotel buffet!) and we were able to have mimosas and Bloody Marys. I didn't stay in the hotel myself, but the place was perfect for my plans, and I'm glad I chose this venue.

Check in girl was very friendly and accomadating. We were able to check in a little early. Hotel smelled pleasant. Location was great for proximity to arena district.
