Dirty, pool was absolutely disgusting, dirty bedding!

Some unknown stains on couch, no do not disturb sign housekeeping knocking on our door at 9 am to ask when we planned to check out. Check out is noon

There were pilez of hair and dirt along the edge of the hall. The rugs could use a good vaccuum. Other than that it is a nice

This was my first stop on a 2 week road trip to Calumet, OK. Everything about this place was just great! The food, the reception drinks, the rooms and the personnel. I felt so relaxed, I could have stayed another night. I highly recommend this hotel!

So, we were wanting to come to Columbus for a night and usually stay downtown. The weekend we chose, most of the hotels were either sold out or ridiculously overpriced, even more than usual. After googling distance and such from hotels to where i wanted to be, i came across the airport Embassy Suites. I was nervous about airport hotels that are so close to the airport, (noise factor),but the pictures looked great, and it would be a short uber ride downtown. I have to say from check in, the nightly reception, the restaurant, every staff member we encountered was AMAZING! The staff was helpful w/o being bothersome. The main area was impressive and CLEAN. I picked my room online before arrival, but had to check in the old fashion was because at some point when i arrived, the hilton honors app had crashed and i couldnt use my digital key. It did start to work shortly after that, and all was well for the rest of the trip. The room was HUGE for hotels. A nice "living space", a comfortable bedroom, and a very nicely sized bathroom. We loved it so much here, we will be staying at the airport instead of downtown on future trips now! Cons: if i was going to complain about anything this trip, the complaints were minimal and clearly not enough to keep me from staying here again. I stayed on the 4th floor, and our ice machine wasn't working on the weekend i was here. our shower (room 405), the door didnt stay closed, and water would get on the floor. The light above the door when you walk in was out. (but there was more than enough other lights in the room) overall, we loved it here and will definitely be back!!!

Very nice room. Loved the size of the king bed suite. Was very noisy at first upstairs (we were on the 4th floor) but overall it was really nice.

Second to none..amazing amenities.

This hotel has numerous problems that made my stay suboptimal. The most annoying thing was the lack of normal courtesy this morning. I did not have a coffee packet for the tiny coffee maker in the room. And, to avoid disturbing my wife still sleeping, I went down to the lobby at 05:30 to get some coffee. Despite the fact that the coffee dispensing machine was operational - AND the airline staff were getting their coffee - I was told that I could not get any coffee - And the staff member wouldn’t pour it for me since I wasn’t ’allowed’ in the breakfast area before 07:30! So I went to the front desk to request coffee packets. When I said that I needed coffee she responded with “Yeah, coffee is in the rooms until seven thirty”. When I told her that I had never experienced a hotel that would not allow a guest to get coffee in the lobby before the breakfast room opened, she sullenly told me when they can get people to come to work early, then they can have coffee early. And yet…there was a staff member there - AND the coffee was ready. The fitness room equipment had broken pulleys, no foam roller, and no Bosu or Swiss balls. The toilets sound like a rocket launch when flushed. The GFCI that the microwave plugs into would not reset. The chairs at the small rolling desk are very heavy with wooden legs on a laminate floor. When they are moved across the floor slightly, they create a loud noise that reverberates through the floor, ceiling, and walls. I tried to take a nap yesterday afternoon between 1:00 and 2:00 and it was impossible due to the noise from the cleaning staff moving the chairs. I am glad I am leaving today and I will find another hotel when I come back to Columbus.

We recently stayed at The Embassy Suites Hiltol Columbus Airport. We stayed 2 nights. On the 2nd night we parked under a light with a camera. Sunday morning, we woke up to pack up our truck to head to our daughters' gymnastics competition and found that our window was broken, and our truck had been broken into. We immediately went to the front desk and the lady's response was "okay". We proceeded to let her know we had called the police. When the police arrived (moments later) they informed us that we weren't the first car to be broken into that night. We asked to speak with a manager and the lady at the desk & a gentleman at the front desk their response was "did you see the sign out there? It says park at your own risk". I was flabbergasted at the response. They advised that a manager wasn't in today and said you can try calling on Monday but there wasn't anything they could do. After speaking with the police officer he let us know this is a very common occurrence at this hotel and the one next door and its a misdemeanor so they won't be doing anything and to just file a claim with our insurance. We had two rooms booked and my mother in law asked the lady if we could stay in out hotel room past check out due to our morning being ruined and having to rush around now to get my daughter ready for her competition and packing up my truck for my husband to take our truck back 2.5 hours to our house as we didn't want to leave it at the Ohio Expo location during the competition. The lady said no. I went down upset and spoke another lady, Tina, who apologize for our break in(first person to show any empathy) and said she could hold our room until 2pm without charge. I've been trying to reach the manager, Daniel, since Monday with no response. Needless to say, we will NOT be going back to this hotel and I'll be reaching out to cooperate.
