We have stayed at a number of Hilton Garden Inns over the years and generally we find them to be a cut above other hotels, but this particular property is not a cut above. Property needs upgraded. Lobby staff not that attentive or friendly. Room and property was clean.

our room had a poor patch job on the ceiling. it smelled when we turned on the heater.
it was very close to the airport and had a free shuttle! staff was very helpful and nice!

We live locally, but had a super early flight so we decided to stay the night so we could sleep in a little. The hotel was really busy as there was a soccer tournament in town and some flight cancellations. The rooms was adequately sized and fairly clean. The bed was comfortable but I didn’t love the pillows. We had a few drinks and some food at the bar area. Drink prices were high, but the bartender made the drinks nice and strong. Though the hotel was busy, I didn’t hear a lot of noise in the hallway or coming from other people’s rooms, so that’s always a plus! I would recommend this hotel to any needing to be close to CMH for the night.

I very much liked the location staff and a**osphere.
The only drawback was breakfast. They barely had anything at the so-called buffet. Boiled eggs, bread-like products, and a little bit of fruit, albeit good quality. If you want meat or eggs any other way or pancakes, they're glad to charge you more money, even if you have paid for breakfast. So really, for my tastes, breakfast was a disappoin**ent.
