Fabulous hotel. The staff was uniformly courteous, professional, and very helpful. I spent several weeks here and had a very positive experience. Shoutouts to the front desk and breakfast staff.

The staff at Check In were amazing! Carlos and Hassan were so friendly and personable and made me feel valued as a Silver Elite member. However, the TVs were out for a good portion of our stay, which was a little frustrating..

Since April 2025 I’ve been making weekly business trips to Columbus Oh and almost exclusively stayed at the Easton Residence Inn location . It’s clean comfortable and convenient. The staff is very friendly and accommodating especially Carlos. He always remembered my name and had a cheerful positive outlook. When you’re on the road ,away from home it’s always refreshing and uplifting to see a friendly face! Thank You Mr Carlos!🙂
