Well when I checked into my hotel, it’s was completely wrong room and it was just terrible.

The front desk checked in on us while we were out. I requested additional pillows they had them waiting at the front desk when we returned.
The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was responsive to changes. Easy stay.
Location is great. Walkable to Kemba Live and the arena district.

Able to get very early check in! Walkable to restaurants and the convention center is across the street. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Very clean! Will stay here again!

Huge shoutout to the hotel’s housekeeping crew for finding my diamond earrings and turning them in to the lost and found!!! Your honesty and kindness is appreciated more than you know. My husband and I stay at this hotel often and will definitely be returning. Thanks for another wonderful stay and for saving the day!

Good location, average but free breakfast, and a very friendly and professional staff. However, the bess were old and very soft/springy. We asked for the room to be cleaned with fresh towels the second day but never were accommodated. Valet parking was the only realistic option and was $35 per night. May return but will certainly consider other options.

Wonderful place for a last minute concert overnight getaway. Walking distance to short north bars and restaurants, and Nationwide arena. Valet parking and front desk staff were all very professional and courteous. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great! Awesome overnight stay! Highly recommend!
